Jury Duty for Seniors

Potential Jurors are selected randomly from your state’s Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV) records.  If a senior receives a request to serve or a Jury Service Questionnaire and they are unable to serve please call your county’s Jury Clerk’s office to see what is needed to be excused or removed from service. Most states age out for Jury Duty is 75 and up, if younger than 75 to be excused a medical statement from your physician maybe required.
